Our Deluxe doubble rooms and single rooms „Alpspitz“ are named after a local peak here in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We have ground, 1st and 2nd floor rooms facing our quiet garden in this category. The ground floor rooms have access to a terrace direct in our lovely garden. All rooms of this type are west facing where you can plenty of afternoon and evening sun and these rooms have fantastic views of the Alpspitz Mountains.

These rooms are approximately 36m² in size and are furnished with a sleeping area,  a double bed, a small living room area, a flat screen TV,  a sleeper sofa and a spacious bath.

3 Adults fit comfortably as well as 2 adults and 2 children. For larger families, a few of these rooms have a connecting door to our Suites in House Alpspitz in which another 4 people can be accommodated.
